1. REASONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

2. SP is delivered wrong in quantity, model and specification compared to the order.

3. The SP is defective or damaged during transportation (box mold, torn packaging, dirty SP,...)

4. Manufacturer defects such as melted candy, packaging deformation, SP packaging errors, printing errors, etc.

5. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

6. Please contact Hotline: 0915 301 010 to report the error within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods for instructions on return.

7. Please take a photo of the SP when receiving the goods and when packing and returning the goods as proof of comparison/complaint later.

8. RETURN POLICY [(including promotional items (if any)]

9. For orders with incorrect quantities/specifications/SP models, please return the wrong SP quantity.

10. For products that are deformed due to shipping: Please return the defective SP quantity.

11. For applications with deteriorated SPs, please return all damaged SKUs according to the quantity on the invoice. Note, defective SP that needs to be returned must not be opened more than 2 lozenges.

12. The condition of all returns must be intact as when the company delivered the goods to you (not dirty, strange smell, no signs of use)

13. Packing cartons & foam must be returned to order to avoid impact when transported.
