1. Purpose and scope of collection
The main data collection on the VIETNAT website includes: Full name, phone number, address, email of the customer.
During transactions at VIETNAT, we only store details about the member's paid orders, the information about the member's bank account number will not be kept.
Members shall be solely responsible for the security and retention of all activities using the service with their personal information. In addition, members are responsible for promptly notifying the VIETNAT website of unauthorized use, abuse, security violations, and retention of information of third parties to take appropriate measures.
2. Scope of use of information
The Company uses the information provided by members to:
– Providing services to members;
– Send notices about information exchange activities between members and the website;
– Prevent activities of destroying users' user accounts or activities of impersonating members;
– Communicate and settle with members in special cases.
– Do not use members' personal information other than for the purpose of confirming and contacting related transactions at VIETNAT
– In case of legal requirements: The Company is responsible for cooperating in providing personal information of members upon request from judicial agencies including: Procuracies, courts, and police agencies investigating related to certain violations of law by customers. In addition, no one has the right to infringe on a member's personal information.
3. Information retention period
The member's personal data will be stored until a cancellation request is made. In all other cases, members' personal information will be kept confidential.

5. Means and tools for users to access and correct their personal data.
- Members have the right to check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information by requesting VIETNAT to do so.
- Members have the right to send complaints to the Board of Directors of the VIETNAT. Upon receiving these feedbacks, VIETNAT will reconfirm the information, in case it is true, VIETNAT will take timely handling measures.
6. Commitment to confidentiality of customers' personal information
– Personal information of members on VIETNAT is committed to absolute confidentiality according to VIETNAT's personal information protection policy. The collection and use of information of each member is only carried out with the consent of that customer, unless otherwise provided for by law.
– Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party your personal information without your consent.
– In case the information storage server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of members' personal data, VIETNAT will be responsible for notifying the case to the investigating authorities for timely handling and notifying the members.
– Absolute confidentiality of all members' online transaction information including invoices, accounting information, and digitized documents on VIETNAT
– VIETNAT's Board of Management requires individuals when registering/purchasing goods to provide all relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, phone, email, etc., and be responsible for the legality of the above information. Unitek management is not responsible for nor does it address any complaints related to the interests of such member if it considers that all personal information provided by such member at the time of initial registration is incorrect.
